Monkey Island Trail Rides @ Royal Horse Ranch

Monkey Island Trail Rides offers guided horseback riding & hayrides. Trails wind through more than 100 acres of sunny pastures & shady woods along beautiful Grand Lake. Riders under the age of 10 must have a parent or guardian. Minimum two to a maximum of 10 riders per ride; six people per hayride. No smoking or drinking on horseback or hayride. Call for information on other available activities as they also offer English and western riding lessons, horse training/boarding, sales, petting farm & a summer camp for girls. Days/Hours: (Trail Rides) Wed - Mon, 10am - 4pm, year-round by reservation. (Hay Rides) Wed - Mon by reservation only.

From the Will Rogers Turnpike E., take the Vinita exit L./E. on Hwy. 60/69, go about 10 mi. to Hwy. 85 and turn right at the “Y” junction to Ketchum/Bernice. Follow 85, which turns into Hwy. 85A to Bernice & Monkey Island. Continue to the end of 85A where you will find two convenience stores on the corner. Turn R. on Hwy. 125 S. 1 mile.
