The Noble Research Institute, (formerly The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation) founded in 1945, is an independent, nonprofit institute headquartered in Ardmore. They enhance agricultural productivity by assisting farmers and ranchers and conducting plant science research and agricultural programs.
