Shepherd's Cross is an authentic working farm, offering educational tours & events throughout the year. Farming is seasonal and so are farm tours. Tours & events include shepherding tours, learning about the sheep & the shepherd & Jesus the Great Shepherd.
Pumpkin Festival - Sept. 21 - Nov. 4, 2017.Thurs, Fri, & Sat., 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Other days by appointment. Pumpkin patch, maze and hayride.
Living Nativity & Pecan & Walnut Festival - December 7 - 9 & 14 - 16, 2017. 10 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Open the door, and step back in time to that first Holy Christmas. Hay rides, fresh pecans and U-Pick opportunities. Nativity is in a heated barn.
Special events include Woolly Weekend - April 27-29, 2017. A sheep to shawl event, with shearing & wool demonstrations.
Bible Garden Tours - over 150 plants with biblical relationships. Fiber Arts demonstrations & lessons, including spinning, weaving, wool washing, wool dying, & knitting.
Education Farm Silo and Museum along with fiber arts, animal husbandry and shearing lessons available at the farm throughout the year. Find us on Facebook!
