Area includes charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), picnic table, fire pit & horesehoe pits. Guests can visit with resident llama, goats & horses as well as watch for area wildlife including deer, turkey, birds, bobcats & coyotes. 20 acres of fenced woods available for hiking & riding. Come enjoy Miss Kitty's Party Barn with western town façade, saloon, dance floor, darts plus game & card tables (must be reserved ahead of time w/extra charge)! Horses welcome with advanced notice (must have current coggins test papers). A large stall with adjacent corral and trails through the woods are available for guests' use. Take I-35 to Davis/Sulphur, Exit #55. Go W. on Hwy. 7 10.2 mi. toward Duncan, Hennipen. Just past the Hennipen sign there is a Rd. that BEARS R. (It is after the Volunteer Fire Department sign and between 2 stop signs). Take that Rd. 1 block to the Pentecostal Church. Take a R. at the church and go 2.7 mi. At the top of the hill, look for the Vista Del Sol sign on your L. Turn L into the driveway & onto the property. Look for a silver mailbox with "BEYEA" on it and a large rock reading "Beyea Quarter Horses". Follow the drive to the 1st house on your R & stop to check in.
